We’ve created the most perfectly formed, and fitted BMW E36 front bash bar that bolts up to the factory location, all laser notched, & mandrel bent with steel tubing, formed to fit stock bumpers and clear certain FMIC setup's. YES your stock base model or M3 bumper will fit nicely over this bash bar. Each bar is 3D scanned for flawless fitment, comes with a ZWING logo stamped on the front and is made here in America! All of our bash bars are designed and welded by a certified Mechanical Engineer from Cage Kits with our original manufacturer, Robert Parsons. Each bar is constructed using CNC cut .125 thick mild-steel tubing that is bent on a precise numerically controlled Star Technology Evo Bend 800 tubing bender. Our bash bars are bolt-on replacements for the OEM crash beam using factory hardware. They bolt onto OEM location using factory hardware (We recommend removing the 6mm threaded studs with holes for 3/8” hardware though for stronger mounting and better alignment). This bar fits with some Front Mount Intercoolers but not all. Take a look at the photos of the boosted E36’s to ensure that your front mount set up is similar - overly large intercoolers tend to protrude too far forward and get in the way of the bars frame.
