We’ve created the most perfectly formed, and fitted BMW E36 front bash bar that bolts up to the factory location, all mandrel bent with steel tubing, formed to perfectly fit stock M and non M bumpers and clear certain FMIC setups. Each bar is 3D scanned for flawless fitment, comes with a ZWING logo stamped on the front and is made here in Seattle, WA USA. All of our bash bars are designed and welded by a Mechanical Engineer at ZWING HQ. Each bar is constructed using CNC cut 1.25" thick mild-steel tubing that is bent on a precise numerically controlled tubing bender. Our bash bars are bolt-on replacements for the OEM crash beam using factory hardware. We recommend removing the 6mm threaded studs with holes for 1/4" hardware though for stronger mounting and better alignment. They clear Stock/aftermarket aero bumpers, Front Mount Inter coolers, and save weight. Take a look at the photos of the boosted E36’s to ensure that your Front mount set up is similar - overly large intercoolers tend to protrude to far forward and get in the way of the A frames.
